Dr. Pimblett was born in Virginia, and spent her childhood and college years there. She graduated from Christopher Newport University in 1983 with a B.S. in Chemistry and departmental honors. She worked as a chemist, an assistant city administrator, and held several jobs with the National Park Service before deciding to return for her chiropractic degree.
She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa, where she received a clinical excellence award and graduated as a Valedictorian in 2006.
In addition to her standard courses, she also studied the Activator Technique and the Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT). She studied Applied Kinesiology on her weekends, and also took courses in Total Body Modification. She has extensive post graduate training in nutrition, and holds a Wisconsin Chiropractic Nutrition certificate.
Dr.Pimblett believes in educating her patients so that they can make healthy choices and be more involved in their own health care.
